    Absolutely, I don’t mean to imply that there isn’t any racial mixture in Venezuela (or other Latin American countries for that matter), but rather that the stated liquidation of racial distinctions and the proclamation of this “happy family of mixed-blood people” is actually an intentional ideological construct that perpetrates racialized class exploitation.
